A Pannon Egyetem Műszaki Informatikai Karának Tudományos Diákköri Tanácsa meghirdeti a
2026. évi Kari Tudományos Diákköri Konferenciát

A konferencia időpontja: 2026. április 29. (szerda) 10:00-12:00

A konferencia személyes jelenléttel lesz megrendezve.

A konferenciára való jelentkezés:

A konferenciára való jelentkezés regisztrációval, valamint a bemutatásra szánt pályamunka (dolgozat) minimum 10 sor, maximum egy A4-es oldal terjedelmű összefoglalójának benyújtásával történik. Az összefoglaló tartalmazza a pályázó által ténylegesen használt email címet, illetve a témavezető nevét és email címét! Az összefoglalót az egyetemi TDK rendszerbe (http://etdk.uni-pannon.hu) kell feltölteni a kari weblapon megadott sablon (http://tdk.mik.uni-pannon.hu) használatával.

A regisztráció és az összefoglalók benyújtásának határideje 2026. április 15. (szerda) 12:00

A dolgozat benyújtása:

A dolgozatokat egyetlen pdf fájl formájában az egyetemi TDK rendszerbe kell feltölteni (http://etdk.uni-pannon.hu). A formai követelmények és bírálati szempontok a MIK TDK honlapjáról (https://tdk.mik.uni-pannon.hu/index.php/dokumentumok) ismerhetők meg. A dolgozatnak legalább 20 oldalasnak kell lennie.
A dolgozat nyelve lehet angol, de az OTDK szabályzatával összhangban az előadást magyar anyanyelvű hallgatóknak magyarul kell megtartaniuk.

Kérjük, a dolgozat egy kinyomtatott (spirálozott vagy fűzött) példányát az előadók hozzák magukkal a konferenciára, és adják át a tagozati titkárnak.

A dolgozatok feltöltésének a határideje: 2026. április 20. (hétfő) 12:00

The conference will be held with personal attendance.

Application for the Conference:

Participation in the conference requires registration and the submission of a summary (abstract) of the paper to be presented. The summary must be at least 10 lines and no longer than one A4 page.  The summary must include the applicant’s valid email address, as well as the name and email address of the supervisor. Summaries must be uploaded to the university’s online TDK system (https://etdk.uni-pannon.hu/) using the provided template (https://tdk.mik.uni-pannon.hu/index.php/dokumentumok).

Deadline for registration and submission of summaries: Wednesday,  April 15. 2026 12:00

Submission of Papers

The papers must be uploaded as a single PDF file to the university’s TDK system (http://etdk.uni-pannon.hu). The formatting requirements and evaluation criteria are available on the Faculty of Information Technology TDK website (https://tdk.mik.uni-pannon.hu/index.php/dokumentumok). The paper must be at least 20 pages long.
The language of the paper may be English; however, in line with the OTDK regulations, presentations by students whose mother tongue is Hungarian must be delivered in Hungarian .

Please bring one printed (spiral- or staple-bound) copy of the paper to the conference and hand it over to the section secretary.

Deadline for electronic submission of papers: Monday, April 20, 2026 at 12:00.
